Most items will be shipped within 4 working day of funds
clearing. Please be aware if payment is made on a Friday,
or over the weekend, it can take 2 to 4 days for money to
sometimes clear. Some items may need to be ordered from the
supplier, and may take up to 5 working days. Once your order
is shipped we will send you an email confirming that the order
has been sent. If for any reason your order has been delayed,
you will be contacted via email and informed of the situation.
All packages within NZ will be sent via NZ Post, or couriered
using Fastway. Some parcels will require a signature on receipt
of the goods. Please ensure you have someone at the delivery
address that is able to sign for it. You will be informed
via email if this is needed.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight.
Smaller items may be as little as $1.00 to $4.00 nationwide,
while with larger items, the cost varies depending on your
location. Extra may also be added to the cost of shipping
to cover packaging costs. We do not make a profit on postage
and packaging. An estimate for postage and packaging will
be emailed back to you after receiving your order. No orders
will be sent until we get confirmation from you.
Ratclub does ship overseas, and international postage will
be calculated for each order. If you’re in America or
Europe, and order Posters, Magnets, or Bookmarks, each of
these items can be shipped directly from California, USA,
which means you get the item quicker and pay less for shipping.
If you are not happy with a product, or a product is faulty,
please return it to Ratclub with a clearly marked return address
and we will replace your item.
If you are unsatisfied with an item, you have within 7 days
of receiving the order to return the products in a clean,
and undamaged state, whereby you will be given a full refund
less postage and handling.
