How
to Order
To order, email orders to shop@ratclub.org.
Include the details of the product or products you’re
interested in, including the Name of the item, the Item #, as
well as the Price. Also remember to include your contact details,
including your address, so shipping costs can be calculated.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight.
Smaller items may be as little as $1.00 to $3.50 nationwide,
while with larger items, the cost varies depending on your
location. Extra may also be added to the cost of shipping
to cover packaging costs. We do not make a profit on postage
and packaging. An estimate for postage and packaging will
be emailed back to you after receiving your order. No orders
will be sent until we get confirmation from you.
Shipping Overseas
Ratclub does ship overseas, and international postage will
be calculated for each order. If you’re in America or
Europe, and order Posters, Magnets, or Bookmarks, each of
these items can be shipped directly from California, USA,
which means you get the item quicker and pay less for shipping.

How to Pay
NZ Customers can pay via cheque, direct deposit into Ratclub’s
bank account, or credit card payments through Pay Pal. The
preferred method of payment for overseas customers is through
Pay Pal. Please state your preferred method of payment in
your email. Payment must be received before any products can
be sent.
Currency / Prices
All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars, unless
otherwise stated.
