Cost of Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight. Smaller items may be as little as $1.00 to $4.20 nationwide, while with larger items, the cost varies depending on your location and the weight and size of your parcel. Extra may also be added to the cost of shipping to cover packaging costs. We do not make a profit on postage and packaging. An estimate for postage and packaging will be emailed back to you after receiving your order. No orders will be sent until we get confirmation from you.

Most items will be shipped within 3 working day of funds clearing, however this may take longer if your order includes hammocks - if you do need your order urgently, please specify. Please be aware if payment is made on a Friday, or over the weekend, it can take 2 to 4 days for money to sometimes clear. Some items may need to be ordered from the supplier, and may take up to 5 working days. If there's a delay of longer than 5 days you will be informed.

Shipping Overseas
Ratclub does ship overseas, and international postage will be calculated for each order. If you’re in America or Europe, and order Posters, Magnets, or Bookmarks, each of these items can be shipped directly from California, USA, which means you get the item quicker and pay less for shipping. How to Pay
NZ Customers can pay via cheque, direct deposit into Ratclub’s bank account, or credit card payments through Paymate or Pay Pal. The preferred method of payment for overseas customers is through Pay Pal. Please state your preferred method of payment in your email. Payment must be received before any products can be sent.
