- Can I arrange to pick up my order to save on shipping costs?
A - If you live in or near Hamilton, pickups can be arranged.
It can also often be arranged for your order to be delivered
free of charge within Hamilton. Please enquire about this when

A - Ratclub accepts cheques, direct bank deposits, and Paypal.
Q - How is shipping calculated?
A - Shipping costs is calculated based on the size and weight.
Smaller items may be as little as $1.00 to $5.00 nation wide,
while with larger items, the cost varies depending on your
location. Extra may also be added to the cost of shipping
to cover packaging costs. We do not make a profit on postage
and packaging. An estimate for postage and packaging will
be emailed back to you after receiving your order. No orders
will be sent until we get confirmation from you.
Q - Is there a retail store?
A - No. Ratclub is an online store. There is no physical store

A - Yes, larger items can be delivered via a Courier. Costs
vary depending on the delivery location, and size.
Q - How quickly will I receive my goods?
A - Most items will be shipped within 4 working day of receiving
cleared funds. Some items may need to be ordered from the
supplier, and may take up to 5 working days. Once your order
is shipped we will send you an email confirming that the order
has been sent. If for any reason your order has been delayed
more than 5 days, you will be contacted via email and informed
of the situation.
Q - I’m not in NZ. Can I still order from your
A - Yes. All goods are priced in NZ dollars, unless otherwise
stated. Shipping costs will be calculated for each order.
If ordering posters, magnets or bookmarks, these items can
be shipped directed from California, USA, which can save you
on shipping costs, and shipping times.
Q - Can I cancel an order?
A - Yes, you can cancel an order at anytime before your order
has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you
have within 7 days of receiving the order to return the products
in a clean, and undamaged state, whereby you will be given
a full refund less postage and handling.
